Our services are available for both men and women. All services are performed by qualified and experienced therapists.
2. Booking and Appointments
2.1. Booking Methods: Appointments can be booked online via our website, by phone (065 567 9125), or in person at our Midrand clinic. Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are recommended to ensure availability. 2.2. Confirmation: All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS after booking. It is your responsibility to ensure you receive this confirmation and that the details are correct. 2.3. Client Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when booking an appointment.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
3.1. Cancellation Policy: We require at least [e.g., 24 hours] notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. 3.2. Consultations: Initial consultations for complex skin treatments may be charged, or the consultation fee may be redeemable against a subsequent treatment. Please confirm this at the time of booking. 4.3. Payment Methods: We accept cash and major card payments. We generally prefer card payments for smoother transactions. 4.4. Deposits: For certain services or group bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. This will be communicated clearly to you.
5. Client Conduct and Safety
5.1. Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service duration or rescheduling if insufficient time remains, with the full service fee still applicable. 5.2. Health Disclosure: You must fully and accurately disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or health concerns prior to any treatment. This is crucial for your safety and to ensure the most effective and appropriate service. Failure to disclose may limit our liability (see Section 6). 5.3. Conduct: We expect respectful and appropriate behaviour towards our staff and other clients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behaviour. 5.4.
